Investing in Livingstone

Why a Livingstone lodge? Livingstone is the main town when it comes to tourism. This is particularly the case because of the "Victoria Falls", worlds biggest falls. Besides these waterfalls there are also a few game parks in the area.

Several attractions have been put into operation because of the falls. People started a helicopter fight service, There is a bungee jumping spot, there are several people who offer boat trips on the Zambezi river, which is particulary nice at night during the sunset.

Tourism is actually just starting of in Zambia.

What do we have to offer?

We have a partly build lodge for sale or in a quiet area. This area is called high lands and is still under development. The houses built in this area are somewhat bigger then most houses in Livingstone. This location is fantastic for people who want a quiet place to lodge in an upper class environment, which still has "the taste of Africa".

The lodge was not finished because of lack of funds, but a significant base has been layed to finish the lodge quickly.

Beside the villa's, a bar was build, together with a group of toilets and changing rooms. Lights and plumbing is also installed. The bar is equiped with a tap and some fruit trees have been planted last year.

There are a septic tank and a watertank located on the plot. Next to the watertank there is a borehole wich has to be rehabilitated; It is 50 metres deep. In order to receive water it needs to be deepened, but because most of the work has been done, deepening the borehole is much cheeper then drilling a new one.

Do not just invest in a piece of land, but choose for a durable investment. Have a look at this place and decide yourself.
